The EBAS (Ealing Borough Apprenticeship Scheme) Candidate Network is a free programme designed to support Ealing residents aged 16-30 who are looking to progress into employment, apprenticeships, education or training. Through a combination of workshops, guidance and access to opportunities, we aim for participants to develop the confidence, skills and knowledge needed to take the next step in their careers.

Whether you're just starting out, looking for your first role, or unsure where to begin, the programme provides structured support to help you gain the skills to move forward and achieve your goals.

What you'll gain

As a member of the EBAS Candidate Network, you'll receive support to help you become opportunity-ready and progress towards your chosen career path. The programme combines practical workshops with ongoing guidance and access to opportunities.

Why join?

You may be eligible if you:

  • Are aged 16-30
  • Live in the London Borough of Ealing
  • Are currently unemployed
  • Have sufficient English and Maths skills to actively engage with employment, apprenticeship or training opportunities.
  • Be committed to completing the six-month programme
